our mission is to build the future of work through education by engaging, elevating, and empowering careerpreneurs, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs that are part of the global majority.
Our why is to help individuals and organizations - for profit and nonprofit - build and grow their entrepreneurial economic, social, and climate impact.
How we do it is by building an intentional, inclusive, and intersectional entrepreneurship system by and for the global majority.
What we do is empower careerpreneurs, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs with the knowledge to succeed and make an impact.
We work directly with individuals, community groups, and organizations in the United States and Canada to deliver our programs and create impact.
We commit to tithe by expanding our impact and dedicating up to 10% of our annual profit towards causes that work to remove systemic barriers.
THE DECK/
THE DECK programs focus on discovery, identification and validation, and growth.
They are designed to offer a 360 degrees inclusive perspective of the various stages for careerpreneurs, entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs.
All THE DECK programs are delivered virtually, on-demand, and are self-paced in order to facilitate accessibility.
THE DECK programs are 4 weeks and once a week participants meet with a mentor to support sharing their progress.
Participants are expected to dedicate 4-6 hours weekly to independent study to review the course modules and assignments.
After the completion of each program, participants will join the PERISCOPE alumni community.

AMPLIFY
We help careerpreneurs and interested entrpereneurs determine how to apply their knowledge and skills in their next steps.
ACCELERATOR
We support early-stage entrepeneurs identify and validate their venture ideas and design their growth and development strategies.
ATELIER
We work with late-stage entrepreneurs to scale their growth and expand opportunities for their ventures.
